QUESTIONS
Customer Service may be reached via email at folklorecouture@gmail.com. We will respond to emails within 1 business day. Customer Service is not available to answer questions or requests on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING
Shipping is via USPS. Standard turnaround time (prior to shipment time) is 3-5 business days. Multiple items purchased will be upgraded to USPS Priority at no additional fee. PURCHASE OF TWO OR MORE ITEMS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING (inside the US)! Your shipment confirmation email will contain a tracking number to use on USPS.com to track your package. Unfortunately, Folklore Couture is not responsible for items lost in transit or any items that are confirmed delivered but customer reports undelivered. If your item shows delivered and you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office to verify exactly where the package was left. If your order is returned because you provided an incorrect shipping address or was classified "undeliverable" by USPS, it is not Folklore Couture's responsibility to pay additional shipping cost to resend it. 

RETURNS
Our merchandise is put in production per each customer's order. Therefore, there are no returns or refunds. You can find a size guide on each item. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask us prior to purchase - we will be happy to help! Refunds or exchanges are only available if the garment has a flaw that was caused by Folklore Couture.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you feel you have received defective merchandise or you were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving item. No Exceptions.
